I was born in Mönchengladbach in 1982 and had a strong connection to football and sport from an early age.

I have met many people and characters, have travelled a lot and have had to overcome some hurdles due to a difficult past and some bad decisions, but I still love the challenge and am prepared to correct mistakes and make concessions.
Education and continuous development are very important in my life.
Although I obtained a vocational high school diploma and completed an apprenticeship as a building technician, which gave me a deep understanding of technology, my great passion has always been sport, especially football.

Since 2015, I have been passionate about developing young footballers.
Starting at the grassroots level of the once legendary Rheydter SV, which is now only a shadow of its former self, but with a lot of potential to get back on its feet in the future.

This passion ultimately led me to dedicate myself completely to the world of sport, especially football, the consultancy business, scouting and making international contacts.

I am also very interested in contract law, as well as national and international transfer law, scouting, PR and marketing, and the personal development of young players, and continue to specialise in these areas on a daily basis.

I am a sales professional through and through and have worked in the door-to-door business for over 20 years, which is the Champions League of sales.

This experience has given me invaluable skills and a deep understanding of effective communication and negotiation techniques.

I have developed sales and selling skills over 20 years through a wide variety of sales jobs and have realised that all of life is a constant wheeling and dealing. As a result, I have developed a high level of professionalism, expertise and a strong mindset. All these factors and the resulting experience play a decisive role in being able to hold your own in a shark tank like the sports business.

"We will only fail if we give up''

With a diploma as a player consultant from a renowned private university for management and extensive experience in consulting and mediation since 2018, I offer a unique combination of practical knowledge and academic expertise on the topics of PR and marketing, negotiation, national and international transfer law, personality development in youth football, scouting and many other topics.

My path has been very hard and rocky, but this has made me even more determined and resilient.
I'm still a long way from reaching my goal, but only the hardships of the sporting world and setbacks help me to develop further.

The market is full of intermediaries and so-called player consultants, with hundreds of agencies.
Many so-called consultants come and go, and many of them are unable to break through the complex structures of the industry due to a lack of passion, often just looking for a quick buck.

For me, however, it's the passion and attention to detail that drives me to really understand the football business and the sporting world.

When you sit across from me, you will quickly realise that I know what I am talking about.

It is important to mention that there are differences between player consultants and player agents.

While player agents are mainly focussed on closing transfers and contracts, player consultants go far beyond that.

A good player consultant is also an intermediary and takes care of the player's career planning, personality development, contract negotiations, PR and marketing.

A successful business relationship between consultant and player can only be guaranteed through expertise and understanding.

I attach great importance to conveying this expertise to athletes and parents of prospective professionals through passionate training in the international sports market.

"Athletes and parents immediately realise who really knows their stuff and who doesn't. No distance should be too far, no communication should be avoided and no effort should be spared to develop further on a daily basis.''
